If you are looking for a book written by some self
important guru who has spent countless hours chanting words that no one
knows the meanings of, in places that no civilized person knows exists,
while doing doing "enlightening" and possibly illegal things with their
spirit animals...This is not the book for you.
If
however, your chanting involves encouraging the microwave to heat the
pizza you bought last night faster, in English, while attempting to
balance your coffee mug and check your kid for new piercings or
tattoos... READ ON!
This book is one that allows the reader to help his or herself to the best and most effective of all mood lifters and ego boosts. The power of laughter.
This is not to say that you won't find those shiny pearls of life changing wisdom while reading this book. You will indeed find the answers that you seek. You just might have to look between topics such as Potty Training Your Inner Child and My Toilet Runneth Over to do it.
This book is at times irreverent, non-PC, and blunt but it also offers readers a chance to broaden views, expand minds, unstuff their proverbial shirts, and laugh until it hurts.

Without quoting the book, it is difficult to recognize its utter
simplicity: "If you're not in absolute bliss by the end of it, you might
want to increase your meds." "If you're reading this before the
invention of the printing press, be advised it is forbidden to interfere
with the course of human history." Everything, from his grandmother's
urine and feces samples, beautifully gift wrapped and left on the train,
to blowing it by having a thirty second negative thought, is the name
